After you introduce our services to your tenants we will do all the contact and scheduling for the service calls going forward in perpetuity. After performing the service call we will email you an invoice that includes a geo-tagged picture of the old filters for verification that the service was performed. We will keep track of all the filter sizes, specifications and site conditions for future service calls. We will repeat the service calls on a schedule that you dictate (every 3 or 6 months) and handle all the necessary communication with your tenants. This will insure that you avoid very costly damage claims resulting from lack of preventative maintenance.

For your primary residence we will perform your ongoing preventative maintenance. For people that are very busy or are simply not inclined to perform that maintenance themselves we offer affordable, dependable and repeatable service. We will keep track of all the filter sizes, specifications and site conditions for future service calls. We will repeat the service calls on a schedule that you dictate (every 3 or 6 months) and will contact you one month, one week, and one hour prior to the service call. This will insure that you avoid very costly damage claims resulting from lack of preventative maintenance, and will free up your valuable time to enjoy your hobbies and time with your family & friends.
